Washington State Department of Health vaccine eligibility
All people 16 years and older who live or work in Washington state are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine as of April 15, 2021.
To locate a mass vaccination clinic and make an appointment, visit the DOH State Vaccine Locator or call the DOH at 1-800-525-0127 and press #.
We encourage everyone who is eligible and able to get the vaccine to do so. Please continue to wear your mask, practice physical distancing and wash your hands frequently.

Swedish’s COVID-19 vaccine supply
Our Swedish Medical Group clinics do not have COVID-19 vaccine and are not administering doses. The Washington State Department of Health prioritizes vaccine doses for mass vaccination sites throughout Washington in an effort to vaccinate as many individuals as possible.
