Fall Recipe: Apple Pumpkin Shake

November 6, 2019 Julie Herbst, RD

Nutrition is an enormously important yet often overlooked part of cancer treatment, recovery, and prevention. Eating well while you are undergoing therapy can help you feel better, have more energy, tolerate treatment-related side effects better, and recover and heal faster after surgery. Good nutrition after treatment may help decrease the risk of cancer recurrence and improve your overall health. Our oncology dietitians are here to help you make informed choices about nutrition, address your nutrition-related questions and concerns, and help you to achieve and maintain good health.

Ask your physician for a referral for a Nutrition Appointment or call 206-215-6213.
