Could limiting the number of hours you spend eating each day help you lose weight? A small but notable study suggests that could be the case. It would mean, for instance, eating only during an eight-hour span -- breakfast at 7 a.m. and then your last meal of the day at 2 or 3 p.m. Fran Broyles, M.D., director of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Nutrition for Swedish Medical Group, shares her thoughts on this approach to losing weight.
