When you think about compassion, is it something you reserve only for others? Too often, we forget that we can apply the Golden Rule to ourselves and give ourselves the grace, kindness and care we show to those we love. 

In this video, Jenni O'Donnell, Psy.D., senior medical director for behavioral health integration at Swedish Medical Group, shares tips for practicing self-compassion and turning down the critical voices in our heads.
