Race day also includes Sammy's One Kilometer Kids Dash for the small-fry, and a post-race festival with host of fun activies for the entire family. 

Calling all runners, walkers, and soccer fans! Join us at the Seattle Sounders FC Rave Green Run, presented by Providence Swedish, happening on Sunday, Sept. 7 at 10 a.m. at the Providence Swedish Performance Center & Clubhouse

Register here and bring the entire family to this event which includes:

  • A flat and fun 5k (3.1 miles) walk/run race
  • Sammy's One Kilometer Kids Dash (.6 miles)
  • Free Rave Green Run Finisher's Scarf for all participants
  • Rave Green Run participant t-shirt
  • After crossing the finish line, runners and spectators are invited to the Rave Green Run Finish Line Festival for post-race wellness activities, including refreshments, vendor booths, food, drinks, music and fun. 

All participants will receive a Rave Green Run Finishers Scarf on race-day at the pre-event pick up near the race Start/Finish line. For more information and to register, visit the Rave Green Run website

All proceeds from the Rave Green Run benefit RAVE Foundation, official charitable arm of Seattle Sounders FC. RAVE Foundation builds small fields for free play and uses soccer as a vehicle to inspire youth and strengthen communities.
