For many of us, this time of the year can be full of emotions that seem unmanageable. Recentering ourselves with mindfulness exercises can help reduce anxiety and get us back on track; we're able to focus on the present moment and step away from overwhelming thoughts and feelings. 

In this short video, Swedish Behavioral Health program Manager John Delfeld, LICSW, shares some deep breathing techniques we can add to our mindfulness practices.
