Talking to your child about the election

November 15, 2016 Swedish Blogger

After a tumultuous election cycle, it may be difficult for parents to discuss or start a dialogue with their children on topics that became heated during the election.

Here at Swedish Pediatrics, we have received numerous calls and inquiries since the election regarding the best way to have a productive conversation with children on such topics.

Providers at Swedish have found this guide from the American Academy of Pediatrics to be especially helpful at this time.

We also are here to help. Please call Swedish Pediatrics at 1-800-793-3474 to talk with your child’s provider.
