Newsweek has named Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, along with Providence Swedish Cherry Hill, First Hill, and Issaquah among America’s Best-in-State Hospitals 2026 for their benchmark-leading care and excellent services.
In total, seven of the 15 hospitals recognized in Washington state are part of Providence. In addition to the four in Western Washington, three in Central and Eastern Washington also made the list. They include Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, and Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla.
The rankings were based on hospital quality metrics, patient experience data, reputation among medical professionals, and participation in patient-reported outcome surveys. Newsweek evaluated more than 6,000 hospitals nationwide, ranking 800 top-performing hospitals across all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
