Inspiring healthy living for all and transforming the lives of those affected by cancer

We, at Harmony Hill Retreat Center, hope this finds you & yours safe and managing as gracefully as you are able.  The stress & strain of not only living with cancer but also living with COVID is an extra difficult & complicated journey.

To help ease your way, we are offering several online programs (see below for a list of current programs as well registration links) where they may find support & solace in a sharing-community with others who are traveling a similar path.

It is said that being heard is so close to being loved that, for some, they are the same. This knowing that we are not alone can be profoundly healing. So, please consider joining us for one or several of these many offerings for cancer patients and caregivers.  From 2-hour sharing-circles to 3-day retreats, you may discover practices, resources & tools - as well as new friends - to help guide you gracefully on.

As always, our cancer related programs are provided at no charge.   Our website offers a full list of Cancer, Health Professional and Wellness Programs www.Harmonyhill.org

Harmony Hill Cancer Programs & Classes

Looking Back, Moving Forward: Review & Renew the Old and the New! -- January 23, 12:30 -3:30pm

Join instructor, Melissa Layer in this brand-new 3- hour virtual class on January 23 for cancer patients and caregivers. Reviewing the year that has passed and dreaming into the new one that is unfolding can provide powerful insights and a supportive framework for living our best life. Cancer is a potent occurrence, but it is not the totality of who we are, what we experience and how we can live fully.

Through guided visualization, inviting journal prompts, simple collaging, healing ritual and sharing together we’ll review, reflect, imagine, release, and set intentions. Those who are journeying with cancer, as well as those who are serving as supportive caregivers, will benefit and take away new tools.

Supplies needed are a journal (or spiral notebook); scissors; glue stick; several magazines; a note card with envelope; and a candle.
