February 1, 2016 Swedish Blogger

The MS Center at Swedish is beginning a new Adventure Program for patients and their family members, caregivers and friends. In early 2016, we will be planning a wide variety of outings, activities and adventures – and we want your ideas.

Every idea will be considered because we want to provide opportunities for people of all abilities and interests.

Suggestions so far include:

  • Rafting
  • Movies
  • Outdoor walks
  • Art gallery visits
  • Concerts
  • Hot air ballooning
  • Kayaking
  • Skydiving
  • Fishing
  • Cooking
  • Travel

If you are interested in receiving notifications about upcoming events or have ideas to share, please email the MS Center or call Simon Gale, the MS Center adventure guide, at 206-320-2200.
