New music class at MS Center supports mind, body and heart

Join board-certified Neurologic Music Therapist Betsy Hartman in a dynamic group that uses components of music such as rhythm, melody, tempo and pitch to improve activities of daily living, reduce anxiety and stress, and support rehabilitation needs.

Betsy teaches neurologic patients simple music exercises that can improve mood and memory, and coping and organizational skills.

No music confidence or prior experience is required. 

This class welcomes all neurologic patients and their family members, caregivers and friends.

When: Wednesdays, starting March 2, 2016

Time: 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Where: MS Center at Swedish, Hedreen Wellness Studio, 1600 E. Jefferson St., A Level, Seattle
