Flu season is here, and along with it a surge in respiratory infections that include influenza and respiratory syncytial virus, or RSV. This year there are vaccines available to help prevent the flu, COVID-19 and RSV. Experts hope that these shots will protect communities and avoid the "tripledemic" experienced during the fall and winter of 2022-2023. 

In this video, Swedish Respiratory Therapist Amber Christensen shares with us five tips that can help us avoid the flu and keep ourselves and our families healthy.
