Each year Seattle Met magazine creates a list of the best health care professionals in the region. The list includes doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners in more than 80 specialties. From preventive care to life-altering procedures, the right specialist makes all the difference.

This year, Seattle Met magazine and Professional Research Services conducted the 16th annual peer-review survey in the Seattle area to determine 2021′s top doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. For the survey, medical and nursing professionals were asked to nominate up to five health care professionals per specialty that they deemed the best within King, Snohomish, Kitsap and Pierce counties. (Note: practitioners are not allowed to vote for themselves.)

We are so excited to share that 75 Swedish clinicians were featured!

“Practicing medicine is hard. It’s not easy, and sometimes difficult," says James C. Martin, M.D., chief medical officer for Swedish Physician Enterprise/Swedish Medical Group. "And it is, at its core, incredibly fulfilling and meaningful. We know that each and every one of our physicians, PAs and nurse practitioners provide outstanding care to our community. This ‘Top Doc’ recognition from peers and colleagues is particularly special."
