At this year's Rave Green Run, fitness, fun and a whale of a good time!

Proceeds benefit the RAVE Foundation, the official charitable arm of Seattle Sounders FC, which works to inspire youth and strengthen communities across the Pacific Northwest.

Nearly 650 runners, walkers, and kids dash participants gathered at the Providence Swedish Performance Center and Clubhouse – the official training facility of the Seattle Sounders FC – for the 2nd annual Providence Swedish Rave Green Run in Renton on Sept. 7.

Before the race, the crowd got game-day ready with a dynamic group stretch led by Providence Swedish Pain Services’ Functional Restoration Team, featuring physical therapist Ambi Brynnel, PT, on stage alongside Sounders soccer legend Brad Evans. On the sidelines, Troy Henning, M.D., the sports medicine fellows, and Providence Swedish athletic trainers kept watch at the First Aid tent.

This community event, presented by Providence Swedish, brought together fans, families, and fitness enthusiasts for a morning of fun, movement, and purpose. Proceeds from the race benefit the RAVE Foundation, the official charitable arm of Seattle Sounders FC, which builds small soccer fields for free play and uses the game to inspire youth and strengthen communities across the Pacific Northwest.
